Ridgway Part Dessert Service 

Pattern 1041  c.1825/30. 6 pieces.   as separate pieces

 

This is a wonderfully decorative part dessert service.  With alternate panels of floral decoration and gilding. All, of course, painted and gilded by hand. The shape is illustrated in Godden's Ridgway Porcelain. The service comprises:  4 square dishes, 2 single-handled dishes/plates. Plates/dishes are between 25cm-30cm in diameter.

 

Overall condition is very good, with minor rubbing to gilding in some limited places.
