Pattern 1079 c.1825/30. 14 pieces. SOLD

This is truly the most splendid Ridgway service that I have seen. The standard of floral painting is phenomenal. The shape is illustrated in Godden's Ridgway Porcelain. The service comprises: Centrepiece, Sauce Tureen, 2 Oval dishes, 2 square dishes, 4 lozenge dishes/plates and 4 small square dishes/plates. Plates/dishes are between 25cm-30cm in diameter. Centrepiece is approximately 40cm across and 17.5cm in height. Overall condition is excellent, one minor base chip to one plate, all rest good. (Reference: 560)
