Early 19th Century Lead Lion Mask

 

Dimensions: height: 24cm; width: 21.5cm.  SOLD

 

This wonderful, majestic beast is beautifully moulded in lead and therefore very heavy.  He has a benign, yet commanding expression and would be a super addition to either garden or the interior.
