 A Pair of Floral Decorated Trumpet Vases

 c.1825/30  Dimensions: height 16cm. SOLD

A pretty pair of trumpet vases - much lovelier than my wonky photo suggests: both vases are straight!  A deep blue border, richly gilded, either side of a continuous border of floral garlands. Flowers are painted with freedom and delicacy. Three bands of white porcelain 'jewels'. Gilded foot. A blue 'B' to the base. Excellent condition - very minor rubbing to gilding on rim. (Reference 558)
