This chocolate cup has scattered flower sprays, including rose and tulips. The painting is superb - light, naturalistic and delicate. On the reverse of the saucer there is a leaf - presumably the artist at work to cover a minor imperfection or inclusion in the fabric of the saucer - a charming detail. The condition is excellent.
